How It Works

STEP 1:

DO YOU NEED PRINTED CARDS OR A DIGITAL DESIGN FILE (DIY)?

Browse our designs to find a design you like, and choose either 'Digital' or 'Printed Quantity' from the drop down menu.

STEP 2:

PERSONALIZE THE DESIGN

Leave your customization details and design requests in the customization box on the products page, at the checkout page, or you can email your details and requests after purchasing at info@ianandlola.com.

WORDING CUSTOMIZATION

You can customize any of our designs to say whatever you’d like by entering your unique wording in the customization section during checkout. If needed, we will make small edits to the placement of design elements (no charge) so that your wording fits well within the layout of your favorite design. When submitting a request please ensure that the wording be exactly how you want this to appear on your design starting from top to bottom.

COLOR CUSTOMIZATION

Each event has its own color palette that can be reflected in your design. You have the option to add your own personal touch by changing the colors within each design for no additional fee. If you have a specific color scheme or palette in mind, email this to us before or after placing your order at info@ianandlola.com

DESIGN CHANGES

We want your design to fit you perfectly. Small edits to the placement of design elements and typography are free. However, some alterations can drastically change the layout of a design, and require a greater deal of work to properly place them. These types of changes can still be made, but may require an added fee and should be discussed prior to ordering. Please contact us with your special request.

STEP 3:

APPROVE YOUR DESIGN

After receiving your order, we will email you a design sample within 24-48 hours (time varies depending on design requests). You will carefully proof your design sample and email us back any edits or additional requests. This process can take anywhere from one to four rounds of editing depending on the complexity of your customization requests. 

Once you are 100% happy with your design (and we have received your approval), we can start the printing process, which takes three business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for your package.
